Qualification/Experience:

Adexen is looking for a Fabrication Site Representative for an international Oil & Gas company, in Nigeria.

Job Tittle: FABRICATION SITE REPRESENTATIVE.

Job Description:
- The Fabrication site representative is responsible to administer and supervise the fabrication and commissioning of several projects including fitting/welding/painting activities of the yard.
- He conducts pre-job meeting with Fabrication Engineers and dispatch instructions to fitting/welding/painting supervisors.
- He also liaises with the Yard Fabrication Manager in order to organize the fabrication activities as per yard priorities.

Responsibilities:
- General Co-ordination.
- He should organize and manage the fitting / welding / painting and fabrication team & activity.
- Optimize all fabrication processes and advise on work opportunities.
- He should ensure acceptable quality if works as per codes and specifications.
- He should be able to liaise with Project Fabrication Engineers/ Project Managers for project on spot needs.
- Liaise with Technical Department.
- He should provide information to supervisors associated with planning and progress.
- He should ensure supervisory staff is recording information required to perform “As-Built” dossiers.

Resources:
- Organise all fitting / welding resources as per project’s needs.
- Forecast needs for resources of future projects.
- Prepare evaluation of performance for all his workforce.

Safety:
- Maintain Safety Awareness of his workforce.
- Monitor QA/QC and ensure all quality procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure all fabrication teams comply with HSE procedures.

Material / Time:
- Anticipate the need for specific equipment in case of upcoming projects.
- Ensure supervisors are reporting timesheets correctly filled on a daily basis to time keeping department.
- Provide documentation on jobs in progress.

Qualification/Experience:
- Must possess Engineering Degree.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position.
- Substantial managerial experience in steel construction and fabrication is required.
- Good knowledge in piping/structural fabrication is an advantage.
- In depth experience in all facets of fitting, welding, painting is needed.
- Must be conversant with industry standard for fabrication (ASME, AWS…)
- Must be Leader in QA/QC and HSE issues.
- Must have hands on mentality.
- Strong and persuasive personality.
- Excellent command on Pack Office is required.
- Must be ambitious and looking for a challenging work environment.

1.) Job Tittle: Senior Education Advisor.

Job Description:
* Senior Education Advisor will provide technical leadership in carrying out activities related to improving teacher pre-service training and professional development programming.
* He/she will work collaboratively with responsible Nigerian institutions to support on-going education reform in the pre-service training sector.
* He/she will serve on the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Project Director.

Qualifications/Experience:
Ph.D. in education with at least ten years of relevant experience in teacher training, in particular at the pre-service level, and working with Colleges of Education, responsible government departments and parastatal institutions; prior experience analyzing and developing teacher training curriculum, methodology and practices, and options for teacher education, pre-service teacher training and professional development; fully versed in Nigeria’s education system.

2.) Job Tittle: Training Coordinator.

Job Description:
* Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all training activities under this program, focused on Colleges of Education, teacher trainers, and student-teachers.
* He/she will work in close cooperation with government and parastatal institutions and education officials to coordinate supervise and support all aspects of training delivery.

Qualifications/Experience:
Masters degree in education, with a minimum of 8 years experience coordinating teacher training activities and inputs; fully versed in Nigeria’s education system; proven ability as a facilitator/trainer and manager; strong communication skills in English, with a track record of producing well written reports to deadlines; ability to effectively manage and monitor budgets; USAID experience preferred.

3.) Job Tittle: Finance Manager.

Job Description:
* Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial compliance with the terms of the contract, including supervising, coordinating and training finance staff across central and state-based offices.
* He/she will ensure appropriate systems and procedures (payroll, cash management, vendor payments, budgeting and others related to financial management) are in place to properly disburse, account, budget and report project funds in a cost effective and timely manner, and with proper internal controls.
* Specific responsibilities include: preparing and submitting monthly financial statements (including expenses, receivable and payables, funds requests, reconciliations) and other reporting requirements to RTI’s head office within the designated time period; implementing, consolidating and monitoring cost effective and efficient systems (including accounting software) and procedures with strong internal controls; coordinating the tracking of finances related to grants and/or scholarships; and preparing other financial and cost accounting reports, operations and analysis as reqUired by management and RTI head office.

Qualifications/Experience:
Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant and/or MBA required; minimum 10 years working experience in the accounting/finance field; 5 years managerial experience; and proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable. Experience with managing USAID funds and knowledge of USAID regulations preferred.

4.) Job Tittle: Administrative Manager.

Job Description:
* Administrative Manager will provide direct support to the project by carrying out and/or supervising support and implementation tasks, including those relating to routine administration, travel, personnel, translation, and materials development.
* He/she will coordinating office communication, reports and information management and ensure that vehicle and office leases, utilities, deliveries, security, maintenance, office supplies and equipment are properly handled; supervise, coordinate and prioritize the daily work schedules of support staff consisting of office assistants, receptionist, drivers, etc. across central and state-based offices; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in Business Administration or related field; at least 5 years experience performing similar duties, preferably on USAID or other donor-funded projects; familiarity with Nigerian labor policies and HR regulations; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
