* Job Tittle:HEAD (REINSURANCE) – REF: RE 001.

Qualification:
The successful applicant will expectedly have the following attributes:
• Be a University graduate.At least with a higher degree.MBA, will be an advantage.
• Possess the ACII or ACIIN qualification.
• Have at least 12 years post-NYSC work experience, most of which will be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance broking company
environment.
• Must possess at least 6 years management level experience.
• An intimate knowledge of the Nigerian insurance environment, with an ability to understand and exploit the major influences on our markets.
• Highly market visibility.
• An ability to take a successful Division to the next level by establishing a strong presence in regional reinsurance markets.
• We seek to employ a leader who can take charge of a profit center, leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to achieve exceptional results.The successful candidate will have full profit center responsibility. Management and leadership skills are of prime importance for the position.
* Job Tittle: HEAD (HR AND ADMINISTRATION) – REF: HRA 001.
The successful candidate would likely fit this profile:
• Be a University graduate•At least with a higher degree.MBA, will be an advantage.
• Have had at least 8 years work experience in medium or large enterprise(s) in the HR or Administration fields and preferably in the 2 fields management level experience.
• Will oversee staff matters, purchases, facility management, and allied issues, overseeing the HR and Administration functions.
