MARKETING OFFICER WANTED AT FINANCIAL SERVICES.
A Non-Bank full fledged financial service group,seek to recruit a Chief Marketing Officer to oversee the group and run its credit and marketing unit.

Job Tittle: Chief Marketing Officer (Group Head, Credit & Marketing).

Job Location: Lagos.

Job Description:
The suitable candidate’s key responsibility would be to position the company as a key player in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
* To design, support and facilitate development and implementation of business plans.
* He/she is also to ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
* To oversee assessment of credit needs and risk profiles of clients.
* To ensure full compliance of credit and marketing group with overall company’s guiding policies and principles.
* To supervise and appraise business unit heads within the group.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Must possess a first degree – Bsc. / HND in a marketing or relevant discipline.
* MBA / Msc (Finance) will be an added advantage.
* A minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience in a marketing function,in a reputable financial services company or stock broking firm is required.
* Sound knowledge of macroeconomic environment ,business fundamentals and its impact on the financial services business.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong marketing and public relations skills.
* Strong people management skills.
* Good team player with excellent leadership traits.
* Innovative and creative thinking.
