BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO (BAT) IS RECRUITING FOR EAST & CENTRAL AFRICA AREA RESEARCH MANAGER.
The British American Tobacco (BAT) is looking for dynamic and experience individual to fill the vacanct position in the East & Central Africa respectively.They are looking for an Area Research Manager.
REFERENCE NUMBER: WO/ECA/MRKT/15-11- 10/01.

JOB TITLE: EAST & CENTRAL AFRICA AREA RESEARCH MANAGER.

LOCATION: NAIROBI, KENYA.

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF MARKETING, EAST & CENTRAL AFRICA AREA.

REQUISITION NUMBER: 1

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must have 5-8 years relevant FMCG experience.
- Must have experience on research methodologies, design and systems.
- Research agency management is a plus.
- Brand and trade marketing strategy development is required.
- Experience in people supervision (including coaching and team leadership skills).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading the process of consumer and customer insight generation in the Area.
- Ensuring the integrity of insights and its integration in the decision making process.
- The guardianship of all research systems, protocols and platforms.
- Ensuring the marketing insights and information platform (processes and systems) is fit-for- purpose to support informed decision making.
- Management of research agencies and 3rd party service providers.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors Degree in any business-related field.
