UNDP NIGERIA HOT JOB.
We wish to use this medium to invite qualified individual(s) who have what it takes to pilot the affairs of the organisation to apply for the vacant position that exist in firm.

LOCATION: ABUJA, NIGERIA.

ADDITIONAL CATEGORY MANAGEMENT.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: SERVICE CONTRACT.
POST LEVEL: SB-3.
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: ENGLISH.
STARTING DATE: (DATE WHEN THE SELECTED CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO START) 24-JAN-2011.
DURATION OF INITIAL CONTRACT: ONE YEAR.
EXPECTED DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: FOUR YEARS.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3 years of relevant experience in administration or programme support service is required.
* Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) would be an added advantage.
* Experience in handling of web-based management systems is essential.
* Secondary education,Certification in administration,University Degree in Business or Public Administration desirable, but it is not a requirement.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English,and one national language of the duty station.
