JOB TITTLE:Human Resource Generalist.
Adexen is looking for a Human Resource Generalist for an international Marine offshore Oil & Gas company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* The HR Generalist will assist the DHRM with all HR functions.
* He will report to the deputy Human Resources Manager.
* The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with general recruitment.
* Assist with training and career development.
* Monitor Employee file management.
* Assist with staff discipline management.
* Assist with performance management.
* Assist with HR strategy development and implementation.
* Any other duties as directed by the HR MANAGER/DHRM.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* A graduate with Social Science degree.
* The ideal candidate should be male or female, between the ages of 25 – 35 years preferably.
* Must be and indigene of Rivers State.
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource Generalist, preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas.
* Creative and Innovative.
* Team oriented and outgoing.
* Ability to work with little or no supervision.
