JOB VACANCIES AT A MEDICAL MANUFACTURING FIRM.
A leading international world class manufacturer of high-end medical imaging and diagnostic equipment company engaged in full turn-key medical solutions for the healthcare projects in Nigeria with branches nationwide,is seeking to recruit competent and outstanding professionals to fill the existing vacancies.This is as a result of expansion and strategic re-positioning of the company.
GENERAL MANAGER, MEDICAL SALES (ABUJA OFFICE):
He/she is to be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
TASKS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Team leader for marketing sales and customer support activities.
• Business development, strategic planning and account management.
• Strategically Implement and execute all company-wide Initiatives at all levels.
• Work to establish budgeted sales volume and performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
• B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Sciences (MBA would be an added advantage).
• Applicants with medical degrees and/or with a radiology background would be considered.
• Experience in sales of medical equipment is an added advantage.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER, SALES (LAGOS):
He/she is to be reporting to the General Manager, Medical Sales.
TASKS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• He/she is to set sales target and action plan.
• He/she is to increase and maintain customer intimacy through strategic relationship.
• Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.
• He/she should identify, understand customer needs and recommend the best solution.
• Work to establish budgeted sales volume and performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
• B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Sciences (MBA would be an added advantage).
• Must be expert in influencing, negotiating and sales skills.
• Must have experience in working with teams and delivering complex solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
MEDICAL SERVICE ENGINEERS (LAGOS):
He/she is to be reporting to the Service Manager, Medical.
TASKS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Should be able to use computer software and mathematical models to design, develop and test new materials,devices and equipment.
• He/she should be able to troubleshoot problems, handle installation, breakdown and preventive maintenance periodically.
• Should be able to write reports and deal with technical queries from hospitals and give advice on new equipment.
• Should be able to train technical or clinical staff on use of new equipments.
• Liaise closely with other medical professionals as well as end-users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Bio-Medical Sciences.
• A minimum of 3 yrs experience in troubleshooting electrical/electronic circuits such as ICU Ventilators, Patient Monitors, e.t.c is required.
• Good knowledge of human anatomy/physiology is required.
• Must Posses excellent IT and communication skills.
